INTRODUCING A
TRULY EFFICIENT BOILER
In these times of high energy costs, it makes sense to use a heat source that utilizes a resource that is readily available and cost effective. The America’s Heat boiler burns shelled corn, a renewable local commodity. Corn costs less per BTU than other heat sources, plus benefits the local economy by generating business for farmers. The low cost of shelled corn, together with the efficient burning process of this boiler, produces an economical, ecologically safe home heating system

We have two hot water boilers: a 100,000 Btu unit and a 170,000 Btu unit. The boilers are exactly the same except the 170,000 uses faster auger motors. By switching the two motors, the boilers can be converted from a 100,000 Btu to a 170,000 Btu or from 170,000 to a 100,000 for minimal cost. Our boilers are created with round tanks but use square side panels, enabling us to keep the overall costs to a minimum. The tanks for these units are being built by Axeman Anderson, who has over 50 years experience in the boiler industry. The America’s Heat boilers can also be equipped with a domestic coil to help heat your household water.
